HOW COVID-19 AFFECTS THE WAY WE PRACTICE:

  • We rarely will be able to accommodate 'walk-ins' (ie. patients without a booking). So please, book online, or call before attending the practice.

  • We will have less appointments available on each shift (as it takes time to follow the increased cleaning requirements between each client). So please, book in advance, don't be late, and if you cannot attend - please let us know, so that we can open the appointment up to another patient.

  • Given the 'close contact' nature of treatment (and inability to remain 1.5m away), we highly recommend you wear a mask during the treatment.

  • Patients are required to sanitise their hands in the clinic, before they enter the treatment room.

YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND THE CLINIC IF:

  • You are currently experiencing, or recently experienced flu-like symptoms in close-contact of a confirmed COVID19 case..

    • fever

    • cough

    • sore throat

  • You currently are isolating due to COVID19.

LOOKING AFTER YOUR (AND OUR) WELFARE:

We have many protocols to aid in the minimisation of risk associated with transmission COVID19.

  • Evan will be maintaining hand-hygiene between each patient.

  • Equipment used in treatment rooms is sanitised as appropriate.

  • We ask that you allow Evan to open/close the door to the treatment rooms.

  • Commonly used items in the waiting area are being sanitised on a regular basis.

  • You will need to use hand sanitiser before entering the room, alternatively to wash your hands in the sink with soap/detergent.

  • We have removed all reading material and toys from the waiting area.

  • The seating in the waiting room has been spaced out. If there are no seats available, you will need to wait outside.

    Thank-you for your co-operation.
